Captionation offers subscription plans that renew either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select. Each plan includes a fixed number of credits (text and image) per billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your monthly plan at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further payments will be charged after cancellation.

Note: Canceling does not refund unused credits.

  • Yearly subscriptions require a manual cancellation by contacting our support team.
  • Please email us at support@captionation.com with your request.
  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds for any subscription β€” monthly or yearly β€” once a payment is processed.

This is because:

  • Credits are immediately available after purchase.
  • Our plans are usage-based and fairly priced.

We recommend starting with a free plan or a monthly plan before committing to a yearly subscription.
