Anyone who creates content! Whether you’re a solo creator, small business, marketer, or social media agency — Captionation makes it easier to write faster and better.
What types of captions can I generate?
You can generate captions for:

* Image-based posts using our Image Caption Generator
* Multiple social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and more
Can I choose the caption tone or style?
Yes! You can choose from various tones like casual, professional, funny, inspirational, or even add your own custom prompts for personalized results.
Do you support multiple languages?
Yes! Captionation supports over 20 languages, including English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, and more.
Is my uploaded image stored or used for training?
No. We do not store your images or use them for AI training. Your image is processed only once to generate a caption and then deleted instantly.
What image formats do you support?
We currently support common image formats like JPG, PNG, and WebP.
Is Captionation free to use?
Yes! We offer a free plan with limited credits each month. You can upgrade anytime to unlock more features and higher credit limits.
How do credits work?
Credits are used when you generate captions:
* Text captions and image captions use separate credit types
* Your credit balance resets every month based on your plan
What happens if I run out of credits?
You’ll need to upgrade to a higher plan or wait until your monthly credits reset.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
* Monthly plans: You can cancel anytime via your account settings
* Yearly plans: Please email us at support@captionation.com for cancellation
Do you offer refunds?
No, we currently do not offer refunds once a payment is made. Please try the free or monthly plan before upgrading to yearly.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Just go to your Account > Subscription section and select the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
I didn’t get the results I expected — what can I do?
Try:
* Rephrasing your input prompt
* Changing the tone or platform
* Regenerating a new set of captions
